Are you aged 11-14 and passionate about film? Want to explore your creativity and be part of something big? This May Half-Term, Theatre Peckham is teaming up with Central School of Speech and Drama to bring you an exciting opportunity to co-create a short film that celebrates 40 years of Theatre Peckham. What’s the project about? This is your chance to be part of a bold, experimental project where you and other young film makers will come together to devise a powerful, inspiring film. With Theatre Peckham's 40th Birthday as the theme, you can interpret it however you like, through movement, spoken word, storytelling and more! You'll get to work alongside a team from Central Drama School and other young creatives to build the story over four days with a sharing on the 29th of May at 4pm during Peckham Fringe! Whether you're into acting, directing or behind-the-scenes work, this project has something for you. When and Where? Workshops: 26th - 29th May, 10am - 4pm Performance: 29th May at 4pm Location: Theatre Peckham Why get involved? Learn new skills in film-making, from directing to performance. Camp notes
The fee covers the cost for all 4 days. Children are expected to attend every day. There are no refunds for missed days or non-attendance. Parents/Carers will need to provide lunch for their children to eat at Theatre Peckham. Children will not be able to leave Theatre Peckham during breaks.
