Do you love acting, singing and dancing? Join Young & Talented and Theatre Peckham for an exciting four-day musical theatre project at Canada Water Theatre! Working alongside an experienced team of professional theatre-makers, participants will create an original musical from scratch. Across the week, young people will develop characters, write scenes and songs, create choreography and build a story together, culminating in a performance for family and friends on the final day. Led by: Dr Suzann McLean MBE – Acting Ben Christopher – Music Shakeil Edwards – Dance This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to explore their creativity, build confidence, develop performance skills and collaborate with others in a professional theatre environment. No previous experience is required – just enthusiasm, imagination and a willingness to get involved! Performance: Friday 21 August at 2:00pm. This programme is supported by Canada Water – a growing waterside neighbourhood, delivered in joint venture by British Land and AustralianSuper, in partnership with Southwark Council.
