Acro, which stands for ‘acrobatics’, is a style that blends gymnastics and dance to create a different way for young people to move their body in the space.

These high-energy sessions offer a creative outlet where students can channel their emotions through movement in a safe and supportive environment. With a focus on flexibility, balance, and control, Acro helps develop both upper and lower body strength through fun and challenging routines.

Acro classes will help students strengthen their muscles, often without them even realising it. By blending discipline with creative expression, we help shape strong, confident performers ready to take on any stage and shine.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS/CARERS: if your child is 9 years old in September 2025, but turning 10 years between October 2025 – July 2026, please sign them up for this class. Students must stay in the same class in which they have signed up at the start of the academic year. Parents should not change the class of their child, unless instructed by an academy team member.
